
What is yoga and is it for me?
Yoga means different things to different people, with most people initially taking it up for the physical benefits. Yoga isn't about whether you can touch your toes or wrap your leg around your head (!!) it's an opportunity to take some time for yourself in this hectic world to unite body and mind and find your own stillness. Yoga really is for everybody - listen to your body, move with your breath and enjoy!
