Chloë is senior yoga teacher with over a decade of experience delivering well-being programmes both internationally and here in the UK. She has worked with numerous global brands and businesses across London including WPP, Adobe, Saatchi & Saatchi and Lululemon. Having studied psychology with Essex University and through her current study in soft tissue therapy, she is passionate about helping people to better understand the mind body connection; supporting people to foster lifelong practices to enhance their physical health and mental wellbeing.

Chloë is a senior yoga teacher with over a decade of experience teaching in London’s
premier yoga studios and for top wellness brands including Elle, Lululemon, Women’s
Health and Runners Need. Forever a student, Chloë is passionate about the art of living with awareness, of consciously moving, speaking and connecting to the world with kind and loving attention.

Chloë has studied with many wonderful teachers who have so generously shared their knowledge and experience including Richard Miller, Seane Corn, Hala Khouri, Donna Farhi, David Swenson, Hareesh Wallis, Jack Kornfield and Christopher Tompkins.

Completing her advanced yoga training under the guidance of Shiva Rea, Chloë teaches mindful, fluid vinyasa flow classes inspired by Shiva Rea’s Prana Vinyasa® methodology. Prana Vinyasa® is a creative, energetic, and dynamic methodology of embodying the essence of yoga. Classes include flowing postures, creative sequencing, breath work and meditation that guide us deeper into the state of flow.
